All 13 tracks on this CD have Morricone-composed music, featuring bandoneon player Carel Kraayenhof. Recorded at Forum Music Village, Rome, Italy: Composer, Orchestrator, Conductor (tracks 1-12): Ennio Morricone Composer (track 13): Ennio Morricone Orchestra (1-12): Roma Sinfonietta Choirs (8,10,11): Città Di Roma and Coro Operton, both directed by Mauro Marchetti link Bandoneon (track 6): Carel Kraayenhof (1958-) Recorded at Highland Studio, Loosdrecht, Netherlands: Bandoneon (tracks 1-5, 7-13): Carel Kraayenhof Uilleann Pipes, Low Whistle: Stijn van Beek Wooden Flute: Isaac Muller Guitar: Rens van der Zalm Violin: Sylvia Houtzager (Pages 2 and 3 of CD booklet) Tracks 3,4,8,11,12,13 contain adapted music from the unreleased soundtrack of GUARDIANI DELLE NUVOLE (2003). Morricone's soundtrack was recorded in 2003 in Italy, and overdubbed in 2006 by the soloists in the Netherlands. Track 6 was recorded in Italy for the 2003 album "Focus", featuring Dulce Pontes.
