Notes on Track: THE BIBLE, DELIQUIO (1964)

"Deliquio" seems to be one of the pieces that Ennio Morricone prepared (1964) for the epic film THE BIBLE (1966).

The music was rejected due to a licensing issue.

Conductor: The 1970 LP credits Bruno Nicolai. – The 1992 and 2006 CD credit Ennio Morricone.
If this piece was recorded during the THE BIBLE sessions, the actual conductor is Franco Ferrara (1911-1985).

The "Deliquio" track was first used in AMANTI D'OLTRETOMBA (1965) – Also in DA UOMO A UOMO (1967) and GIARDINO DELLE DELIZIE (1967).
